Collecting Farm inputs through the Growth Enhancement Scheme(GES)

As its typical of most Nigerian government programmes, the Growth enhancement scheme(GES) didn’t reach most farmers due to lack of information on the part of the Federal ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development. I am writing from one of the inputs collection centres where I collected 2 bags of fertilizer and one 20kg of Maize at a subsidised fee of N5,500 (about $35) at the redemption centre near my area.

Surprisingly, registration is still on at the redemption centre: Samdor Associate, 6 enilolobo close, idimu – ikotun, Lagos State.
